HELSB administers scholarships received from friendly nations at Undergraduate, Masters and PhD levels. Selection of candidates for scholarships is based on academic merit. Currently HELSB is supporting over 1,500 students in Algeria, China, Cuba, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Egypt, India, Morocco, Russian Federation, Serbia, Tunisia and Turkey. Further, HELSB administers scholarships from the Commonwealth Scholarship Commission for studies tenable in the United Kingdom at Masters and PhD and levels.
