Earlier Dr Machayi paid a courtesy call on Mulungushi University Acting Vice Chancellor Dr Chomba Musonda and discussed among other things the transformations taking place at HELSB that will see the creation of Regional Offices, Universities taking part in the screening processes and accommodation for female students coming from rural areas.
And Dr Musonda said he was optimistic that creation of Regional offices will decentralise the operations hence many more students benefiting from the student loan scheme. He informed Dr Machayi that Mulungushi University is willing to help in setting up the Regional office at the University.
