HELSB administers scholarships received from friendly nations at Undergraduate, Masters and PhD levels. Selection of candidates for scholarships is based on academic merit. Currently HELSB is supporting over 1,200 students in Algeria, China, Cuba, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Egypt, India, Morocco, Russian Federation, Serbia, Tunisia and Turkey. Further, HELSB administers scholarships from the Commonwealth Scholarship Commission for studies tenable in the United Kingdom at Masters and PhD and levels.

How to Apply

Letter of application responding to the advertisement, clearly stating the program of study desired, age, day-time phone number for easy communication; Curriculum Vitae, certified photocopies of academic certificates, certified photocopies of applicant’s NRC, Birth Certificate and passport copies of pages 2 & 3.
